Política de Cancelación de Cursos:
En el caso de que cancelemos el evento, le devolveremos su pago en su totalidad. En caso de cancelación por fuerza mayor (COVID o desastres naturales) que no sean de nuestra responsabilidad, lea más sobre esto en nuestro Política de reembolso y devolución para cursos. Cualquier reembolso se realizará después de la fecha de inicio del curso que haya reservado.
Si cancela sin prueba documental de una buena razón, entonces no hay devolución de pago. Solo se devolverá tu pago si tienes constancia de enfermedad grave o en caso de fallecimiento de un familiar cercano (pareja de hecho, hijos, hermanos o padres), menos una tasa de gestión y cancelación de 20%.
Le recomendamos que contrate un seguro de viaje completo que cubra todos sus viajes, vuelos, atención médica, etc. y, si es posible, su participación en el curso para que, en caso de circunstancias imprevistas, pueda reclamar, utilizando la factura que emitiríamos en esas circunstancias.
