The Price of the Training Includes:

The International Association of Sound Therapy.
Accommodation Options:
- Non Residential €1,950 (Rp 33,140,250) meaning you will need to find and pay for accommodation and some meals locally (breakfast & dinner). The event organiser in Bali can assist you with finding somewhere suitable to stay near to the course venue.
- Residential (Shared Room) €2,250 (Rp 38,238,750) Shared room for two people with single beds. 15 nights and 14 days accommodation, breakfast, lunch (and 3/4 dinners only when there are evening events.)
- Residential (Own Room) €2,550 (Rp 43,337,250) 15 nights and 14 days accommodation, breakfast, lunch (and 3/4 dinners only when there are evening events.)

- Deposit of EUR 500 / 600 / 700 (depending on accommodation) at Registration and Balance due at 6 weeks before training starts.

PRACTICAL DETAILS
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival time: Any time on the late afternoon, must arrive before 19.00h (exact date TBC.)
Departure time: After breakfast on the morning of (exact date TBC.)
ACCOMMODATION
Rooms are either shared (2 single beds) limited to 8 places or can be single occupancy, limited to 12 places all rooms allocated on a first come, first served basis. When evening meals aren’t available you will need to find restaurants etc locally (your hosts can advise where to go).
Cancellation Policy for Courses:
DEPOSIT PAYMENT:
In the case that we cancel the event we will return your deposit. In case of cancellation due to Force Majeure (COVID or natural disasters) which are not our responsibility, your deposit can be used for any of the 4 following Trainings during the year 2024/2025.
If you inform us that this will not be possible due to illness, death or severe injury as listed below, then we will return your deposit upon receipt of documentary proof. If you cancel due to other reasons, such as loss of income, then you will be offered Online Courses to the Same Value as your deposit. If you cancel at the last minute for other reasons then your deposit will not be returned.
FULL PAYMENT BOOKING:
In the case that we cancel the event we will return your payment in full. In case of cancellation due to Force Majeure (COVID or natural disasters) which are not our responsibility, your deposit can be used for any of the 4 following Trainings during the year 2024/2025.
If you inform us that this will not be possible due to illness, death or severe injury, or loss of employment for example, as listed below, then we will send you access to the Sound Healer Training Online Course.
Any Refunds will be made after the starting date of the course you have booked for.
If you cancel without documentary proof of good reason, then there is no return of payment. There will only be a return of your payment if you have proof of severe illness or in the case of the death of a close family member, minus a handling and cancellation fee of 20%.
We recommend that you take out full travel insurance that covers all your travel, flights, medical etc and if possible your participation in the course so in case of unforeseen circumstance you may be able to claim, using the invoice that we would issue under those circumstances.
