REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY - COURSES

Cancellation Policy for Courses 2022

You have 14 calendar days to exercise your right to a refund if you decide to cancel or if you booked this course in error (Right to Desist / Derecho de Desistimiento). 

After this period the below conditions apply:

In the case that we cancel the event we will return your deposit. In case of cancellation due to Force Majeure (COVID or natural disasters) which are not our responsibility, your deposit payment can be used for any of the 4 following Trainings during one calendar year. After this period, if you have failed to attend any courses, your deposit will be forfeited. Only applicable to Harmonic Sounds Residential courses.

If you inform us that it will not be possible to attend any courses within one calendar year, due to illness, death or severe injury as listed below, then we will return your deposit upon receipt of documentary proof. If you cancel due to other reasons, such as loss of income, then you will be offered online courses to the same value as your deposit.

 If you cancel at the last minute (within 6 weeks before event) for other reasons, then your deposit will not be returned.

For bookings with Payment in Full (not only a Deposit payment):

In case of cancellation by us, we will return your payment in full. In case of cancellation due to Force Majeure (COVID or natural disasters) which are not our responsibility, your deposit can be used for any of the 4 following Trainings during one calendar year. Only applicable to Harmonic Sounds Residential courses.

If you inform us that it will not be possible to attend a course during 1 full year due to illness, death or severe injury, or loss of employment for example, as listed below, then we will send you access to the full online version of the course you have reserved, on receipt of documentary evidence.

** Any refunds will be made after the starting date of the course you have booked. **

If you cancel without documentary proof of good reason, then there is no return of payment.  There will only be a return of your payment if you have proof of severe illness or in the case of the death of a close family member (life-partner, children. siblings or parents), minus a handling and cancellation fee of 20%.

We recommend that you take out full travel insurance that covers all your travel, flights, medical etc and if possible, your participation in the course; so that, in case of unforeseen circumstance you may be able to claim compensation, using the invoice that we would issue under those circumstances.
